We were group of 4 persons and for the first time to travel in China and we decided to book a tour with Tour-Zhangjiajie based on the positive reviews that I saw on TripAdvisor. Our guide Frank was very easy to communicate through Wechat and he replies very fast! He is also very helpful with the recommendations on where and what to eat so that we can enjoy our lunch and dinner! Other than that, he is very very friendly and humorous at the same time. His english is excellent as compared to other tour guides and he is very knowledgeable about Zhangjiajie since its his hometown and he has been a tour guide for 7 years! His quotation for our 3 days tour was very reasonable and affordable as compared to other tour guides I contacted. To add more, his driver (Mr. Peng) is extremely friendly and he always puts a smile into his face even though he doesn’t speak English. He helps with carrying our luggages and his van is extremely clean and comfortable. Overall, I definitely recommend that you book Frank as your tour guide as you really get what you paid for. I will definitely go back to Zhangjiajie with my family and get Frank as our tour guide again!
